The Brain Trust

Normally I start out with a paragraph of what has been accomplished this past few days.
This time I wanted to acknowledge what I call the Brain Trust for this project.

Left to right have: Don Rasmussen Architect/CAD work, Jay Fulton, Primary Architect and designer, Butch Hunter, Contractor/Carpenter who has done all the framing work, and Bruce Giese, General Contractor.  Missing from today's site visit is Jeff Nelson, Structural Engineer.  These guys have all done a great job getting us to this point.  We are about one-third of the way to our move in date of July 4th.  Lots and lots of work to do to get us there but this is the team that will get it done.

Last week the roof waterproof membrane was installed so the building is pretty much water tight now.  This week the siding is supposed to be delivered and installation will begin.  We are having a bit of a tussle with the plumbing and need to get the plumber in there to determine the roof penetrations so the roofers can come in and start laying the metal roof.  Hopefully we will get that straightened out in the next few days and we can proceed.

Updates to follow.
