That's a wrap

No, the house is not done but it is all wrapped up in a nice thin layer of Tyvek.  My thanks to all the furry little tyveks who gave up their hides for this material.....
The windows have all been sealed with a sticky waterproof tape/membrane that is laid over the the window flange and the exterior wall to form a nice tight waterproof seal.  After all the windows were sealed, then they wrapped the house in the vapor barrier Tyvek.

There are a few shots below of the windows and how they are sealed.


The black tape you see at the bottom of the window was used around the entire perimeter.  It has been covered up by the Tyvek


 And the crew has now started installing the siding.  They have also trimmed out the windows with the clear cedar trim.  It is gonna look real nice.
