A Dog's Life...

At Bufflehead Pond, it is indeed a dog's life.  This doesn't even count the fact that the two of us have been working like dogs for the past eternity of days...

For a man who claims not to like my "pussy" dogs, Bruce is enjoying pulling out all his fence building toys to create a coyote-free zone for my Skids (my four-legged kids who can't get traction on the wood floors).

Green Acres, Part One

Gabe thinks the post is a tad atilt.

And the Skids supervise...

... while the Man does Manly work...

Meanwhile, there's "woman work" to be done...

A Woman's Work is Never Done...
... and, now that we're in the house, there's no hurry on all the rest.  Alas.

More "woman work"...

Fortunately, the supply of wine and bubbly is infinite, as is the work to still be done around the house and farm.  None of it will ever end, nor do we want it to.

Stay tuned.  This blog will probably go on forever, as will the tasks ahead of us.  All good things.

:D

  1. ROTFL! "Pussy dogs" - that makes me laugh! Be sure to add a motion activated sprinkler for the exterior of the fence (or Motion-activated lighting) for extra coyote deterrent. They can be pretty wily.
The house looks amazing and it's so exciting to see it come together!
